Content Complaint & Removal Policy

1. Purpose

EOL takes complaints concerning unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative or rights-infringing content seriously.

This policy provides a method for reporting material displayed, promoted, referenced or linked through eol.wtf.

2. What Can Be Reported

You may report content if you reasonably believe that it:

  • depicts a person under 18 in sexual content;

  • constitutes child sexual abuse material;

  • was created without legally required consent;

  • was distributed without legally required consent;

  • depicts genuine coercion or sexual exploitation;

  • relates to human trafficking;

  • contains unlawfully distributed intimate imagery;

  • violates privacy or personality rights;

  • infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right;

  • unlawfully impersonates or falsely depicts a real person;

  • is otherwise unlawful; or

  • violates our Adult Content & Performer Compliance Policy.

4. Information to Provide

Please provide as much of the following as reasonably possible:

  • the exact URL;

  • the product or content title;

  • sufficient information to identify the relevant material;

  • an explanation of the concern;

  • the legal or factual basis for the complaint where known;

  • your relationship to the content or person depicted, where relevant;

  • your name and contact email, except where providing identifying information would be inappropriate or unsafe; and

  • supporting documentation where reasonably necessary.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Reports Involving Minors

If you believe content may constitute child sexual abuse material or involve sexual exploitation of a minor:

Do not download, copy, attach or forward the suspected material to us.

Instead provide:

  • the URL;

  • product or page identifier;

  • description sufficient to locate the material; and

  • the reason for your concern.

Where appropriate, contact the competent law-enforcement or child-protection authority directly.

6. Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently identifiable complaint, we may:

  • acknowledge the report;

  • identify the relevant material;

  • temporarily restrict or remove a page, preview or link;

  • request additional information;

  • review available age, identity, consent or rights documentation;

  • contact a producer, performer, platform or rights holder;

  • permanently remove or cease promoting content;

  • preserve relevant records;

  • refer the matter to a relevant platform; or

  • notify competent authorities where legally required.

5.7 Priority Complaints

Reports concerning:

  • suspected minors;

  • child sexual exploitation;

  • trafficking;

  • genuine sexual coercion;

  • non-consensual sexual imagery; or

  • an immediate risk to a person's safety

will be treated as particularly serious.

8. Content Hosted by Third Parties

Some material referenced on eol.wtf is hosted by external services.

Where disputed content is not hosted by EOL, we may nevertheless:

  • remove the relevant link;

  • stop promoting the material;

  • contact the external platform; or

  • provide the complainant with information identifying the relevant destination service.

Removal of a link from eol.wtf does not necessarily remove the underlying material from the external platform.

The external platform may need to be contacted separately.

9. Performer Complaints

A performer depicted in content may report concerns relating to:

  • consent;

  • age;

  • identity;

  • unauthorized publication;

  • privacy;

  • licensing;

  • attribution;

  • exploitation; or

  • continued promotion of content.

Such requests should be sent to:

10. Copyright Complaints

Copyright owners or authorized representatives should provide:

  • identification of the protected work;

  • identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;

  • contact information;

  • an explanation of the rights claimed; and

  • reasonable evidence of ownership or authorization where necessary.

11. Outcomes

Depending on the circumstances, a complaint may result in:

  • no action;

  • temporary restriction;

  • correction;

  • removal of a preview;

  • removal of a link;

  • permanent removal of content controlled by EOL;

  • cessation of promotion;

  • referral to an external platform;

  • preservation of relevant evidence; or

  • reporting to competent authorities.

5.12 Good-Faith Reports

Complaints should be made in good faith.

Knowingly false, malicious or fraudulent complaints may be rejected.

13. Emergency Situations

f you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency or law-enforcement authority.

Submitting a complaint to EOL is not a substitute for contacting emergency services.
